Sleep does not return through willpower or pressure. It returns when fear softens, when the body feels safe, and when you are no longer trying to control or force rest.
Many of my clients are healthcare providers, teachers, parents, and people who give endlessly to others while putting themselves last. Others are navigating chronic illness such as Lyme disease or long COVID. Many struggle with burnout, overthinking, or the emotional load of being highly sensitive or highly responsible.
Some are women in midlife who suddenly feel betrayed by their sleep as hormones shift and anxiety increases in the evenings.
No matter the story, they all want the same thing. To feel safe at night. To stop fighting. To believe that rest is possible again.

I bring a blend of personal lived experience, professional training, and gentle guidance to help you shift the patterns that keep insomnia alive.
As a Certified Sleep Coach with a Master of Education in Counseling, I understand the fear, vulnerability, and emotional intensity that come with sleep struggles. I do not provide therapy or medical treatment, but I offer a deeply supportive and educational space that helps you understand what is happening in your mind and body.
My work includes principles from ACT for Insomnia, CBT-I, mindfulness, and nervous system education. Most importantly, it is based on presence, safety, and compassion.
Together we will:
• Understand what keeps the insomnia cycle going
• Soften fear, self-pressure, and sleep effort
• Learn new ways to relate to wakefulness without panic
• Support your nervous system in feeling safe again
• Rebuild trust in your natural ability to rest

I understand the distress of sleepless nights, especially when you are exhausted from life circumstances, stress, fear, or medical concerns. When you cannot sleep, it is easy to feel hopeless and cut off from who you used to be.

I offer personalized sleep coaching worldwide through video sessions, phone calls, online chat, and ongoing support through email or text. You can book regular sessions at your own pace. If you are in the middle of a sleep crisis, you can request an Emergency Coaching Session and receive support within 24 to 48 hours when available.
